Miss Nguyen Thi Huong Lien and her team are amazing. It was my sisters 30th birthday and I was looking for something special. With under 24 hours notice (!!) Miss Lien arranged the most special evening for myself and three friends that we could have imagined. I am so thankful to her. We were made to feel like personal friends of the team rather than just another tourist. We were travelling back from Ha Long Bay and my transport ended up running late so 30minutes before I whatsapped her to ask if we could delay by 30mins. The company use whatsapp for last minute bookings and this made it so very convenient in terms of contact. She was so flexible and accommodating. We had a flight later that evening and they made sure that we were back at our hotel in time. The service we received from her and her team couldn’t have been higher. And then the actual tour. The four females that were driving us round met us at our hotel on time. They were so enthusiastic and friendly. They are all studying tourism at University – it was lovely to speak to locals about their experience of the city and the love for their city. They were so welcoming. We left feeling as though we had just spent the evening with five friends. I say five because for part of the tour Miss Lien had personally reserved a table at the best roof top bar in Hanoi (which must have been difficult when we were running later) and brought a cake! So we started the tour having an amazing time chatting the Miss Lien and the lady drivers having cocktail on a roof top bar with the most beautiful view over Hanoi as the sun set with a very delicious cake. We were then taken on a sightseeing tour of Hanoi with food stops. We were on a tight time frame but they managed to fit in so much sightseeing. And of course the food was really authentic and so very tasty! There really is no better way to see the Hanoi than from the back of a scooter. The lady drivers were very careful and provided helmets. You get a real feel of the city. My elderly parents may be visiting Hanoi next year and although they wouldn’t not be suitable for the motorbikes (!) I would trust Miss Lien and her team to look after them and arrange something special so much so that I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else.

I highly recommend anyone visiting Vietnam to get in touch with this company . The girls that took me and my friends around were simply awesome!! They made us fall in love with Saigon ❤️ It was so nice to see them go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I will most definitely come back as I have a lot more to see and do in Vietnam and I know for sure I will get in touch with Lien and her team Great going girls!!

I have had the experience of going on two separate tours with I Love Vietnam. Once in Hue and another in Hanoi. Both times I had such a great time, learned so much about each region, and felt like I was experiencing the city with a close friend. On top of that this company is doing so much to connect with the community and create tourism that is sustainable for the people of Vietnam and beneficial for both the tourist and the country. This is what makes them better than other companies in my opinion. Each of these women is working hard to educate themselves and others about their country, culture, heritage, and future. Both times I felt that I wasn’t just seeing one place after the other, but that I was experiencing a connection with the community. On top of that, the tours were both immensely fun! Getting to see the city on a motorbike is such a unique experience, the food we had was so good, and I learned so much about Vietnamese culture. Hands down a great experience not to miss on your trip to Vietnam!

From picking us up to dropping us off the ‘I Love Vietnam’ group made it a unforgettable day! They explained everything so well, always made sure we were all safe on the bikes & felt more like we were with a bunch of friends rather than with tour guides! The energy these girls & boys had were commendable! We will definitely arrange more tours with them…
